strawberry and cream cheesecak的用料

for bases sugar 55g
butter 55g egg 1
ground almond 55g for top
heavy cream 250ml strawberry (halved)切半 200g
for filling heavy cream 120ml
cream cheese 600g fresh cream 200g
strawberry(泥) 200g sugar 100g

strawberry and cream cheesecak的做法

步骤1

preheat the oven 180度。 for the base, put butter,sugar together in a bowl mixing until light and cream. .add egg and whisk again until mixing well.fold in ground almond until mixing well. then pour mixture in cake pan.bake for 10-15分 until ground. then leave it cool in pan.

步骤2

preheat oven 170度。 prepare for filling, warp the outside of cake pan with plastic warp and put in a another pan with half full water, ensuring that the water is not spill out. set side. this call water bath.

步骤3

for the filling, blitz strawberry(草莓泥).put fresh cream, cream heavy cream ,sugar,and egg in a blender until smooth, put strawberry(泥) in and mixing well. then pour in cake pan. then transfer in water bath bake for 50-60分。 remove the cheesecake from the water bath . leave to cool in pan. then chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hour before serving.

步骤4

when you ready to serve,put the cheesecake on plate,spread the whipper cream over top ,then arrange the halved strawberry (切半) over whipper cream. or like picture.serve straight away or chill in refri- gerator until ready to serve.
