peppermint dark cheesecake的用料

peppermint extract 1tea candy canes 5
for peppermint dark white chocolate 150g
melt butter 60g chocolate biscuit 180g
for crumb base vanilla extract 1tea
peppermint extract 1tea fresh cream 250g
mascarpone cheese 250g white chocolate 100g
for filing

peppermint dark cheesecake的做法

步骤1

for the base, crust biscuit in plastic bag with rolling pin. then transfer to bowl and stir in melt butter. press it into cake pan firmly using back of a spoon.

步骤2

white chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water(隔水 小火加温)until melt.remove from heat, and leave to cool.

步骤3

for filling, whisk together mascarpone cheese,fresh cream until light and cream.stir in cooled white chocolate, and peppermint extract,vanilla extract until mixing well.(the important is that white chocolate is cool, otherwise if not cool well, put small pieces in ).then spoon it over base level with spatula(用抹刀抹平)。chill in refrigerator for 3 hour. this call cheesecake.

步骤4

for dark, white chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmer water(隔 水小火加温)until melt.remove from heat,stir in peppermint extract and mixing well.then spread out in a thin lay on wax paper until it cool ..put candy cans in a plastic bag with rolling pin to crust. wait to set.

步骤5

when you ready to serve,remove cheesecake out of pan in a plate, break the dark into a small pieces of shard using a sharp knife and decorate the top.sprinkle white edible,if you have,to serve.
