柠檬蛋糕的做法
步骤1
预热烤箱 160度( Preheat oven 160 degree)
步骤2
黄油融化成液体状(Melt butter into liquid)
步骤3
把柠檬皮摩擦下来,碎碎的(注意只擦黄色表层,白色的部分不要擦到里面了)(Grate lemon rind)

把烘培粉加进面粉,搅拌均匀(Put baking powder into flour and MIX them)
步骤6
把白糖和鸡蛋放进黄油,同一个方向,搅拌均匀(Put sugar and eggs into melted butter and MIX)
步骤7
把混合的面粉(5),柠檬碎皮(3),牛奶加入黄油中(6),把柠檬汁挤进,同一方向搅拌至顺滑细腻(大概4分钟)(Put 3, 5, milk and lemon juice into 6, stir in one direction until it's very smooth. About 4 mins)
步骤8
烤盘表面抹一层油(黄油),把7倒入烤盘(Wipe some butter oil on the surface of bakeware, and pour 7 into it)
步骤9
放入烤箱烤30分钟,然后关闭烤箱,闷10分钟,然后取出,装盘,可以先拍照,因为还是有点烫。趁热吃,表层非常酥脆。(Put into oven for 30 mins. Then turn off oven, leave the cake inside for 10mins. Now it is ready to eat! Enjoy the crisp yum cake when it is still warm!!)
