three cheese cracker的用料

ricotta cream ricotta cheese 1 cup
heavy cream 3 tabsp garlic
salt, white pepper cookies
cheese(two kinds of) chopped scallion

three cheese cracker的做法

步骤1

Peel garlic, squeeze and press it.then add ricotta cheese, heavy cream,salt, white pepper and mix well. this ricotta cream. Transfer cream to pastry bag with a star tip and pipe onto the crackers.

步骤2

cut cheese into 1/4 inch slice.then out into small square. cut another kind of cheese into a litter sharp with cookies cutter.

步骤3

10 cracker with ricotta cheese and sweet paprika then top of square cheese. sprinkle remaining cracker with ricotta cheese and chopped scallion then top of cookies cutter cheese.
